The RX4R receiver incorporates 4 high precision PWM outputs. The RX4R also supports redundancy, this means you can connect another receiver as a backup in the case that the first one is not getting a good signal. If all that isn't enough, the RX4R and the whole RX-line has an increased operating range of up to 40% compared to the previous X series receivers.

Now with the plug socket pre-installed!

possibly a bad unit

constant servo chatter with D05010MG (goes away when I turn off RSSI but then what's the point of having a telemetry receiver) and random dropouts on the bench using frsky x-lite. straight to the trash can

FrSky RX4R

I primarily use the RX4R for my 7 channel electric sailplanes. PWM for channels 2-4 and s-bus for channels 5-8. On these larger sailplanes I use the redundant feature with a R9-mini and have had no loss of control with that combination. On my smaller hand launch gliders I just use the RX4R and it has worked very well so far.
