A workhorse of an iron.
I had my Inova Standard for over a decade and it still hasn't let me down; I also admit to having left it plugged in accidentally overnight on more than one occasion. (insert embarrassed emoji)
The temperature adjustment knob is marked L 2 3 H. On my iron L is apprx. 100°F, 2 = 200°F and so forth. If you need a more accurate temperature reading you can use a thermometer to fine tune it.
The shoe on this iron is the standard covering iron shape and is teflon coated which helps prevent scratches as well as making the iron easier to slide over covering material. A cotton sock is also included that can further reduce the risk of scratches.
