The Aeronaut Boy 2 is another excellent free flight hand launch glider. Build it properly and it'll amaze you with great performance. It comes with all die cut wood parts and some brass for nose weight as well as well as paper decals along with some sandpaper and glue, so nearly everything you need to build is included, save for a balsa sanding block. 

There is some sanding of the airfoil to be done on the main wing, but it should be a pretty straightforward build for the average modeler.
