We like to think of this as airfield friendly. You can see the basswood spars in the wing and vertical, the leading edge of the wing is also basswood for durability. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing a long development period we have refined this wooden kit to be very easy to build and resilient. A rubbery nose is included should you have a less than ideal landing. As a bonus no tricky sanding on the nose area! Running a 3 blade prop (3x3) would usually result in a bunch of busted props on landing, but we extended the vertical stabilizer down below the fuselage to protect the prop and give critical stability when flying in high alpha attitudes. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClocking in around 90 mph on a small 4S lipo setup we enjoyed nice long 12 minute flights! We will be testing 6S soon, that should push the Bullet to about 120mph.
