The Hobbywing 10A UBEC is a great option for those wanting some redundancy on their R/C aircraft. This switch mode BEC is capable of putting out 5 to 8.4V at a constant 10 amps, but is able to handle 20A in short bursts.

It features shoot through protection, to make sure that the input voltage does not reach your receiver or servos as well as other features such as dual output leads for greater current output with less resistance, output short protection, overheat protection, overcurrent protection and a fancy aluminum case.
