While the Swift has enjoyed an excellent reputation for a while now, RunCam has been listening to the community and have made improvements which culminated into the Swift 2.
Some of the highlights are, A built in OSD. The OSD is clean and simple, it displays voltage, your call sign and a run timer.
A wider operating voltage range; the ability to run directly from VBatt (up to 8s) both simplifies setup and removes the need for a 5 or 12V regulator.
Built in microphone; lots of people these days are adding their multirotor's motor sounds to their videos. Your VTx will need an audio channel to use this feature.
And finally, amazing crashability! The Swift 2 is one tough bird, surviving multiple ghost branch attacks as well as withstanding hundreds of feet of cartwheels. It even comes with a spare case. Enjoy!
