For the Retro aero modeler, The Cat-S is a classic RC glider, developed in 1983 by Werner Dettweiler, and produced in the same year.

This kit largely preserves the build experience by using the original parts and packaging, true to the original design back in the 80s. It is not a replica or a reissue, but rather a genuine retro experience. The model is built entirely of Balsa and Ply, featuring a two-piece, beautifully prefinished wing, meaning the only major work is to build the fuselage and tail. Controls are (as was common at the time) via elevator and rudder making this an excellent choice for those looking for a simple and easy to fly ship from the past. It can also be modified with the addition of Ailerons for more flight capabilities. Includes 1:1 construction plan and build manual to guide you through the construction process.
