The Hobbywing 8A UBEC is a great option for those wanting some redundancy on their R/C aircraft. This switch mode BEC is capable of putting out 5 or 6V at a constant 8 amps, but can handle 15 amps in short bursts. It features output short protection, RF noise shielding, dual output leads for less resistance and a simple 4 LED battery monitor.
