MP Jet Greyline Octagonal pushrods with a M2 threaded steel coupler on one end.

They are constructed using a 5mm OD. outer casing; with a 3.6mm ID. The inner pushrod is shaped octagonally to reduce friction. The inner pushrod is also hollow; it is 3.4mm OD. and 1.5mm ID. Each pushrod comes with a steel M2 threaded into one end.

They weigh approximately 16 grams each

 The outer casing is the bondable layer. Scuff it up with sandpaper and glue it into position using CA, Epoxy etc.
