NDAA Compliant Transmitters by FrSky

Any organization doing business with the U.S. federal government, including contractors, sub-contractors, and those receiving federal grants, is legally required to use NDAA-compliant systems. NDAA compliant radios do not use restricted telecommunications components. The restriction is enforced under Section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to protect U.S. national security. 

The transmitters listed on this page go through a slightly different manufacturing process to meet NDAA compliance. Typically we do not hold stock on these radios, each order will be treated as a special order and takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks to fill an order. If you have custom requirements for your radio, we can customize with things like 3 axis gimbals for some models. Don't see what you need, talk to us. At the rime of your order we will contact you to confirm radio colors. All colors are available but not shown on this page. 

Other than NDAA complaint build process these radios are identical to the normal FrSky radios.
