The Udet Flamingo is one of the classic biplanes. The model was introduced by aero-naut in the early 1970s and was produced in almost unchanged form until recently. This was reason enough to give the model a complete redesign for the company's 100th anniversary. This version is constructed entirely from laser-cut parts and is suitable for 35mm brushless motors. The construction technology and components are now state-of-the-art. Ailerons were also installed, and the wing design was optimized.
The brushless motor is encased in a mock-up radial engine made of laser-cut parts, giving it a true-to-life appearance. The kit includes all the parts required for construction, including the landing gear and wheels, as well as modern 3D assembly instructions. An optional pilot dummy (not included) adds even more realism to the model.
An enjoyable build and always looks great on the flight line. A simple to build biplane that rewards you with smooth fun flights.
The kit contains:
All laser-cut wooden parts required for construction, linkage parts, landing gear parts, wheels, various small parts, 3D assembly instructions, construction slipway, realistic radial engine mock-up as a kit.
